BAKER OF THE MONTH
Bakery 55 is proud to announce our baker of the month for January, Sierra Collins.
Starting Friday 01/03 we will be featuring 2 of her signature items throughout the month, an Oatmeal Maple Bacon Cookie and Raspberry Almond Scone.
Sierra learned to bake from her grandmother at a very young age and has had a passion for baking ever since. After graduating high school, she attended the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute and earned a degree in baking and pastry arts. This has fueled her passion for baking and she is always looking for new and innovative flavor combinations.
Sierra chose to feature the Oatmeal Maple Bacon cookie as she feels that it is the perfect taste combination of sweet and salty. She is also very passionate about making great scones and enjoys the flavors of the Raspberry Almond featured this month.
